Q: What happens if my sugar scrub or body butter melts during shipping?
A: At Zahira Glow, our scrubs and body butters are made with pure, natural oils and butters — no synthetic stabilizers or fillers. This means they may soften or melt during warm weather, especially while in transit.
Melting does not affect the quality or benefits. If your scrub or butter arrives melted or separated, simply place it in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to firm it back up, then stir gently if needed.
To keep your product in its best condition, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.

Q: What if my Leave-In Hair Butter melts during shipping?
A: Because our hair butter is made with pure butters and oils and is poured (not whipped), it may soften or melt during warm weather. This is normal and does not affect its texture or quality — just place it in a cool spot or refrigerate for a short time if you prefer a firmer feel.
