Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery Times:

• U.S. domestic orders: 3–8 business days, depending on shipping method selected at checkout.

Address Accuracy:

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Zahira Glow is not responsible for delivery delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can help you.
